By accessing or using PhishGuardForTeams, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Permitted use

PhishGuardForTeams is intended solely for authorized security awareness testing of your own employees with appropriate disclosure in your employment or security policies. You may not use this platform to phish individuals outside your organization or without authorization.

3. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed monthly per active seat. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

4. Limitation of liability

PhishGuardForTeams is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid in the 3 months preceding any claim.
