Pricing questions
What counts as a seat?
Any active or invited employee counts as a seat. Disabled employees (e.g. leavers) don't count toward your bill.
Can I add or remove seats mid-month?
Yes. Your seat count syncs to your subscription daily. Adding employees increases your next invoice; disabling them reduces it.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
You'll be prompted to add a card. If you don't, your account switches to read-only — your data stays safe, you just can't launch new campaigns until you subscribe.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
No minimum. A 10-person team pays for 10 seats; a 150-person team pays for 150.
Do you offer annual billing?
